• 1st Annual Giant Holiday Stocking Delivery
  “The Waterfront Group” will be donating and delivering approximately 1,000 Giant Holiday Stockings to children in 3 local Philadelphia schools. The agents from EXIT REALTY “The Waterfront Group” in Philadelphia will be delivering Giant Holiday Stockings this Friday, December 21, 2007 from 11am-3pm. To date, 281 stockings have been delivered.

• Fan Fair for Seniors
  In response to the current hot weather in the Delaware Valley, Philadelphia Senior Center (PSC), with community partner EXIT REALTY “The Waterfront Group”, intensifies its outreach efforts to the elderly by launching a “FAN FAIR” at its Tioga Branch in North Philadelphia. A fan distribution will be held for the first time at the Philadelphia Senior Center, Tioga Branch, on Thursday, August 2, 2007, from 10am – Noon.
